CPM Scheduling / Project Controls
Critical Path Method is a project planning and management methodology that focuses on activities that control the total duration of a project. CPM identifies individual project tasks and the interrelated dependencies between them. With this fundamental data, an algorithm is utilized to generally ascertain the anticipated time needed to commence and complete each project task.
